1. Our store and these terms

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of neststoragebox.com. The store is operated by 新乡市源旭商贸有限公司, trading as Storage box, and is hosted by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before ordering.

2. Using the website

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement or attempts to disrupt its operation.

3. Products and suitability

We sell storage and organization products. Read each product description, dimensions, materials, compatibility and care instructions before ordering. Measure your intended space and allow room for lids, handles and access. Photographs and screen settings can affect how colours appear; this does not limit your rights when an item is faulty or materially different from its description. Follow the stated use and care instructions, including any load or installation limits.

4. Prices, payment and charges

Our product prices include standard shipping. All orders to eligible United States addresses receive free standard shipping with no minimum order value and no separate outbound shipping charge. The currency, product price and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. We do not change an agreed product price on an already accepted order without your agreement. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout will be disclosed in the applicable delivery information; your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Orders and cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may need to verify information before dispatch. Contact tank666888@outlook.com promptly to request a cancellation or address correction. We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch; after dispatch, delivery changes may not be possible and the return policy applies.

If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, a material listing error is discovered or an order appears fraudulent, we may decline or cancel the affected order as permitted by law. We will explain the issue and promptly refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not require you to pay an increased price without your agreement.

6. Delivery

Delivery availability, free standard shipping and the applicable estimated timeframe are provided in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe promised for your order, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate and offer the cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law. Split shipments may arrive separately. Contact us about missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

7. Returns, refunds and statutory rights

Our published Return and Refund Policy explains the voluntary return window, return process, costs and refund arrangements. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any mandatory right to cancellation, repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under the law applicable to your purchase. Any voluntary return conditions are subject to those rights.
